This role will lead team members to deliver a high standard of customer experiences through effective store merchandising, replenishment and customer service. They ensure a safe and compliant store through execution of store processes and leadership of team members. Store Inventory Managers are process leaders and executors in our stores, they navigate complex environments and implement business initiatives, ensuring the store operates smoothly and delivers strong outcomes.
Experience and Expertise:
- Store Inventory Managers lead and support inventory processes (receiving, decant, sequence) across the store, to maximize on show availability and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build team capability through coaching, training and effective recruitment selection.
- Maintain back of house 5S standards to optimise workflows, reduce handling times and enhance stock accuracy.
- Roster inventory team to meet workload demands, balancing productivity and cost efficiency.
Technical Ability:
- Understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Pace Tool, DC Reporting) to track performance and support decision making and planning.
- Skilled in managing extreme volume inventory environments through retail specific tools.
- Experience in rostering and workforce planning to support inventory operations.
- Capability in using customer insights to improve service delivery and drive store profitability.

- Must have a strong Retail store operations background preferably from furniture, lifestyle or similar, store setup and preparation, including backfilling and decanting.
- Looking for someone with experience managing direct reports within a store environment.
- Must be amenable to work graveyard shift and in Cavite - Evo City.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
