About the Role
Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Primary School near
Punggol
MRT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Attend all incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries promptly.
Attend to walk-in students, teachers, parents, vendors and school stakeholders with care and empathy.
Attend to unwell students and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders until the student leaves the school safely.
Provide simple first aid to injured/unwell students and maintain the sickbay including first aid supplies.
Call and liaise with parents on administrative matters e.g. GIRO and Edusave applications, financial aid supporting documents etc.
Man the General Office reception counter and ensure it is clean and tidy.
Manage office administrative tasks including using basic Microsoft Office applications (e.g. data entry, preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets), managing office supplies inventory, and making trips to the Post Office.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the school.
Candidates possessing a valid Basic First Aid with CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) + AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certification are preferred.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in front desk reception duties.
Relevant front desk reception experience in schools is preferred.
Relevant front desk reception experience in primary schools is highly advantageous.
Skills & Qualities
:
Good command in English.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have a warm personality showing empathy/care/maturity.
Should possess good customer service skills and telephone etiquette skills.
Should be meticulous, exercise initiative, and work independently and as part of a team.
Employment Details
Contract Period: From 1 Mar 2027 to 29 Feb 2028
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 45-min lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45-min lunch break
- School holidays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 45-min lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
