About the Role
Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Secondary School near
Woodleigh
MRT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
Handling of phone calls, recording phone logs and taking message
Performing administrative work such as photocopying, filing and etc
Managing counter duties such as attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries
Responding to enquiries and providing general useful information
Attending to goods delivery on behalf of staff Caring of unwell students by rendering basic assistance
To conduct wipe down using disinfectant for the front counter on a daily basis.
General Admin Duties
To provide admin support for school staff, school events and activities
Attend to students coming school late and/or leaving school early
Assist in the dissemination of information such as school circulars, parents’ messages etc
Handle and keep track of lost and found items
Handle incoming and outgoing mails
Assist in office admin duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying etc
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Reception and Sick Bay area at all times
To manage and upkeep stock of spare uniforms
To support any other general admin duties as and when required.
Any other duties assigned based on school’s needs.
Requirements
Qualification
Minimum GCE “N” level
Other Requirements
Good communication and inter-personal skills Team player with initiative
Good customer service skills
Mature individual with a pleasant disposition, polite, patient, caring and positive Proficient in MS Office
Basic
first aid
knowledge and prior experience working in a school environment will be an advantage
Employment Details
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027(11 months)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
- Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted Public Holidays
( Personnel deployment is required for two (2) weeks during June and December School Holidays )
