Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and client enquiries
- Communicate through Calls, WhatsApp & Email
- Understand client requirements
- Prepare and share quotations
- Follow up with leads and clients
- Convert enquiries into orders
- Update leads and follow-ups in Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with Design, Production & Operations teams
Who Can Apply?
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients
- Interested in Sales / Business Development
- Basic computer, WhatsApp & Email knowledge
- Comfortable working from office in Turbhe
