Responsibilities
- Handle ready enquiries and leads generated by the Digital Marketing Team.
- Communicate with clients through Calls, WhatsApp & Email
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotation.
- Follow up with leads and clients.
- Manage leads and updates in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with Design, Production & Operations teams.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Apply sales and negotiation techniques to convert leads.
- No Cold Calling | No Field Work | No Site Visits
Required Skills
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients.
- Interest in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
- Good learning and grasping ability.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Computer, WhatsApp & Email.
- Willingness to learn CRM, Sales & Branding.
