As Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing accessible healthcare services, health promotion, and occupational health support to our employees. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment whilst ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and occupational safety standards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, HR, or a related field.
· Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
· DOLE-accredited OSH/Safety Officer certification is an advantage.
· Certified First Aider with valid First Aid and BLS training.
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in occupational health, safety, clinic management, or HR preferably in automotive industry.
· Knowledge of DOLE OSH standards and labor regulations.
· Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and emergency response skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
