We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project Manager to manage multiple e-commerce and digital marketing projects for our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager who has worked in an agency or client-service environment, managing e-commerce and digital marketing projects for external clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple e-commerce and digital marketing projects from planning through execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and identify project requirements
- Develop project plans and manage schedules, deliverables, budgets, and priorities
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and other project stakeholders
- Prepare project documentation, reports, proposals, and requirement specifications
- Identify opportunities to improve e-commerce operations and project performance
- Support ongoing e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives
- Manage project budgets, profitability, and P&L
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Qualifications
Required
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce and/or digital marketing projects
- Experience managing e-commerce or digital marketing projects for external clients, rather than only managing in-house marketing for your own company
- Strong project management experience
- Ability to attend meetings scheduled during Japan business hours when required
- Strong communication, organizational, and client-management skills
- Agency experience
Preferred
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
Work Schedule
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Fully Remote
Please note that occasional meetings may be scheduled during Japan business hours due to collaboration with teams and clients in Japan.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $75,000 – $79,000

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing e-commerce and digital marketing projects in an agency or client-service environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating directly with clients, coordinating internal and external teams, and taking ownership of schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project profitability.
