Help transform telecom operations by translating business needs into clear specifications for network automation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers on initiatives involving platforms such as Itential IAP and Cisco NSO.
Your responsibilities

Gather requirements, define scope, and produce functional and technical specifications.

Create and maintain HLDs, LLDs, solution designs, process flows, and workflow diagrams.

Identify automation opportunities and improve service orchestration and fulfillment processes.

Align business priorities, technical solutions, and operational requirements.

Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, stakeholder coordination, and automation governance.
Main requirements
-
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

4+ years as a Business, Technical, or Systems Analyst in telecom environments.

Strong requirements gathering, scope definition, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Knowledge of access networks, routing protocols, peering, and network architectures.

Hands-on experience with Itential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP) and understanding of OSS/BSS.
-
Expertise in telecom corporate services: Digital Centrex, CBT, OSS Lite, OSS Premium, Anti-DDoS, Ethernet Carrier Services, and Giganet.

Experience with architecture documentation, workflow diagrams, Docker, Docker Compose, and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and ownership of delivery.
