Your Day-to-Day
- Assist in setting up and optimizing campaigns, ad sets, audiences, and creatives across Meta platforms.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track campaign progress and insights.
Who We’re Looking For
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in performance marketing, paid advertising, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting campaign performance data.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data organization and basic reporting.
