CONTROLLERS

Controllers ensure that the firm meets all the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated, and public financial institution. Our professionals measure the profitability of, and risks associated with, every aspect of the firm's business. FINANCE AND OUR IMPACT

We're a team of specialists charged with managing the Bank’s, capital, risk, liquidity and providing the overall financial control and reporting functions. Whether assessing the credit risks of the firm’s counterparties, monitoring market risks associated with trading activities, or offering analytical and regulatory compliance support, our work contributes directly to the firm’s success. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong ethics and attention to detail.

YOUR IMPACT

You will work in the Finance Department of Goldman Sachs Bank AG. You will be primarily responsible for the Swiss Bank’s regulatory compliance and reporting in the areas of Capital and Large Exposure, including regulatory policy interpretations and reports production. You will also carry the overall responsibility of accurate SNB/FINMA statistical reporting and projects in the area of regulatory reporting.

You will be responsible for the core regulatory and statistical reporting functions for the Goldman Sachs entities in Switzerland including:

- Regulatory compliance for the Bank’s key regulatory ratios, including on-going monitoring and reporting

- Calculating, monitoring and reporting the Large Exposures and Risk Diversification

- Calculating, monitoring and reporting the Capital, RWAs and Capital Adequacy ratio per Basel requirements

- Interpretation of existing and upcoming SNB/ FINMA regulatory requirements and implementation of the same

- Oversight of the liquidity and statistical reporting to SNB/FINMA

- Acting as the key regulatory contact for the Bank's existing and new business activities

- Advisory to Business on the definition of lending limits and collateral eligibility criteria, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements

- Liaise with regulators on various regulatory topics and their interpretations

- Manage external and internal regulatory audits

- Participation in local and global regulatory projects (automations, systems developments, new products)

SKILLS

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years’ professional experience in Regulatory Reporting within the Banking sector

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Strong organization skills and flexible mindset

- Excellent communication skills and team player

- Fluency in English mandatory

- Fluency in German will be highly desirable
