Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred
