*Job Summary:*
We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in custom CRM development, Power Platform, Azure integrations, APIs, SQL Server, and enterprise application support.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF controls
- Build and support Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Develop enterprise integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management
- Work extensively with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF
- Support Dynamics CRM on-premises environments, including SQL queries, stored procedures, reporting solutions, and environment troubleshooting
- Manage CI/CD and deployment activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, production incidents, integration failures, and performance-related issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, solution architects, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external/enterprise applications using secure and scalable architecture
- Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 security models, role-based access control, field security, authentication, and authorization
- Work with Azure DevOps, source control, branching strategies, build pipelines, release pipelines, and deployment governance
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, deployment notes, troubleshooting guides, and operational handover documents
*Required Technical Skills:*
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development
- Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or equivalent technical CRM role
- Strong expertise in: Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core, Plugins and Workflows, Custom Actions, JavaScript / TypeScript, PCF Controls, Dataverse, Web APIs / REST APIs, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, SQL Server
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 cloud as well as Dynamics CRM on-premises environments
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, API security, authentication, authorization, error handling, and monitoring
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, source control, branching, build and release pipelines
- Good understanding of standard software design patterns and enterprise application architecture
*Preferred Skills:*
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations
- Experience troubleshooting production environments and handling critical incidents
- Knowledge of performance optimization and CRM system monitoring
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
