Warranty & Parts Specialist
Position Summary
The Warranty & Parts Specialist is responsible for supporting the warranty and parts departments by processing warranty claims, managing inventory, fulfilling parts orders, packaging shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position works closely with the Warranty Manager to ensure efficient operations and timely processing of warranty and parts requests.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Position
* Review incoming warranty claims for completeness and accuracy.
* Collect and verify required documentation, including photos, videos, serial numbers, and proof of purchase.
* Process approved warranty claims and coordinate shipment of replacement parts.
* Maintain accurate warranty records and claim documentation.
* Assist in identifying recurring product issues and report trends to the Warranty Manager.
* Perform administrative tasks related to warranty claim processing and tracking.
Parts position
* Process internal parts requests and approved warranty parts orders.
* Pull, package, and prepare parts for shipment.
* Create shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments.
* Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities and condition of products.
* Organize and maintain warehouse inventory locations.
* Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
* Maintain inventory accuracy within inventory management systems.
* Report inventory shortages, discrepancies, and damaged parts to management.
Warehouse & Operations Support
* Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Assist with unloading containers and stocking inventory.
* Support receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization activities.
* Assist other operational departments as needed.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Required Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1–3 years of experience in parts, inventory, warehouse operations, warranty administration, or related fields.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in golf cart, automotive, powersports, marine, RV, or equipment industries.
* Experience with inventory management systems.
* Experience processing warranty claims.
* Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
* Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with vehicle components and assemblies.

* Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
