Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and settlement
- Experience with S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA) integration
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for PS
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead requirement analysis and solution design for SAP S/4HANA PS
- Configure and manage WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones
- Handle project Initiation, costing, budgeting, availability control, and revenue planning
- Configure Results Analysis and Settlement in S/4HANA
- Manage integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM
- Lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
- Prepare functional specifications and support developments
- Oversee testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Mentor junior consultants and manage client stakeholders
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams
- Translate business transformation objectives into integrated solution design decisions
- Coordinate with SD, FICO, Treasury, BRIM, testing, data migration, and legacy system teams
- Manage issue triage, impact analysis, prioritization, and closure for defects
- Communicate risks, dependencies, design decisions, and status clearly to program leadership
