Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Voice Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) to support and maintain enterprise voice communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Manage Cisco VoIP, SIP, H.323, and voice gateways.
- Configure and support Cisco IP Phones, voicemail, dial plans, and call routing.
- Troubleshoot voice quality, call connectivity, SIP trunk, and signaling issues.
- Work with Cisco Unity Connection, CUBE, and Contact Center environments.
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, patches, and configuration changes.
- Monitor voice infrastructure and resolve production incidents and outages.
- Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams on voice integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager / CUCM.
- Expertise in VoIP, SIP, RTP, H.323, and Cisco Voice Gateways.
- Experience with Cisco Unity Connection and CUBE.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and QoS.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred: Cisco CCNP Collaboration / CCNA Collaboration certification.
