Duties
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Utilize cold calling and networking techniques to generate leads and secure sales
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid product knowledge
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
Skills
- Proven work experience in direct sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales software tools and CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a competitive market environment
- Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus
