I need Service Writer/or Adviser whoever can handle mechanic shop and increase the sales,develop skill to bring new quality customers,Should be well familiar/worked with R.O.Writer and Identifix which able to create invoice/estimate/work order accordingly!
-Applicant must have previously record being worked/perform well as service writer/adviser.. manager with records of successfully managing the automotive repair shop.
-Last two places as references.Monday to Saturday.8 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department.
- Manage a team of service technicians and ensure efficient workflow.

- Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
- Estimate service costs accurately and communicate with customers regarding repairs.
- Implement sales strategies and up selling techniques to increase revenue.
- Ensure quality control in automotive repairs and service writing.
- Coordinate with dealership personnel for seamless service management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and customer service
- Strong understanding of transmissions, oil changes, and automotive repair processes
- Demonstrated ability in up selling and service writing
- Experience in managing a team and dealership operations
- Certification in auto service management or equivalent is preferred
