Sales Operations Manager (m/w/*)
Philips Medical Capital, located in Paris
Philips Medical Capital (PMC) Europe has two joint ventures in France and Germany and between BPCE ES company (GEFA Bank GmbH in Germany) and Philips and several additional local vendor agreements, which offer a wide range of financing solutions for Philips customers. PMC has been supporting Philips Healthcare for over 20 years; the financing solutions offered under the PMC brand support sales and help to increase market share in various markets worldwide.
These financing solutions range from standard leasing/ full-service leasing or hire purchase to the financial structuring of managed equipment services and public tenders. In addition to traditional leasing, our customers are increasingly seeking different approaches that typically involve a broader scope of services and long-term commitment. PMC operates in a highly dynamic environment where it is essential to put the customer at the centre and offer comprehensive solutions in collaboration with our vendor partner, Philips.

Are you passionate about asset management and sales operations processes?

Your responsibilities:
PMC Asset Management: Development and management of PMC’s European asset management operations, including end-of-lease management and residual value management
PMC Europe Reporting: Responsibility for monthly reporting in coordination with the local PMC markets and analysis of market, sales and business trends
Data Analysis/Business Operations: Establishment, monitoring and optimization of relevant PMC business metrics such as retention, penetration and end-of-lease rates
Business Development: Supporting local PMC countries with product development based on market expectations; coordinating and monitoring PMC country roadmaps (including sales campaigns);
PMC/BPCE ES country network : supporting PMC countries in complex financing enquiries, deal structuring and major strategic projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Your profil:
- A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in European healthcare and finance markets, as well as in structuring vendor programs
- Good knowledge of the finance and leasing markets
- A strong ability to build relationships and position oneself successfully within the international BPCE-ES organization
- An analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills and a consistent focus on results
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as strong communication skills and very good English skills
