Senior InforCRM Solution Architect (SalesLogix)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior InforCRM Solution Architect to provide end-to-end technical leadership and hands-on support for an established enterprise InforCRM environment.
The successful resource will be responsible for solution architecture, application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, integrations, enhancements, data-related activities, releases, technical documentation and knowledge transfer. The consultant should be capable of independently managing the technical environment while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architecture support for InforCRM / SalesLogix.
- Understand the existing application architecture, configurations, integrations and dependencies.
- Provide ongoing application support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests and production issues.
- Provide emergency fixes for critical application issues.
- Design and implement approved application enhancements and optimizations.
- Support web applications and services integrated with the CRM environment.
- Design, maintain and troubleshoot application interfaces and integrations.
- Support data-loading processes and perform data extraction, cleansing and migration activities when required.
- Develop technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Work within Microsoft/Azure-based enterprise environments.
- Support development, testing, deployment and production environments.
- Manage or support application releases, deployments, patches and emergency changes.
- Support application monitoring, availability and performance management.
- Follow appropriate incident, problem, change, release and configuration-management processes.
- Apply information-security and access-control requirements to the technical solution.
- Participate in architecture, security and technical-design reviews.
- Assess new enhancement requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain architecture, technical, operational and support documentation.
- Conduct system walkthroughs and technical knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support transition and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Work with business analysts, subject-matter experts and technical stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and potential service improvements.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the application lifecycle.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with InforCRM / SalesLogix.
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Lead or senior application specialist within enterprise CRM environments.
- Strong application architecture and technical-design experience.
- Experience supporting and maintaining business-critical enterprise applications.
- Strong production troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with application development, configuration and enhancements.
- Experience with web applications and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with databases, data loading, extraction and migration.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure / Microsoft enterprise technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring, patching, deployment and release-management practices.
- Understanding of information security, access management and vulnerability management.
- Experience producing architecture and technical documentation.
- Experience with transition and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently take ownership of a complex technical environment.

- Experience with formal incident, problem, change and release-management processes.
- Knowledge of accessibility, security and enterprise architecture requirements.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on InforCRM/SalesLogix Solution Architect who can do more than architecture. The resource should be comfortable taking technical ownership of the environment and personally handling or leading application support, troubleshooting, enhancements, integrations, data activities, deployments, security considerations, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Pay: $50,000.00-$139,894.11 per year
