The Travel Advisors provide various administrative services to talent engaged, represented or supported by the organization (talent may include artists, musicians, actors, personalities, broadcasters, entertainers, athletes, celebrities and other public figures). They make travel arrangements (hotel, flight and ground transportation booking) and organize appropriate facilities and support services. They develop, monitor and report on budgets and costs of supported commercial activities of the talent. They complete and submit various documents in support of the talent’s business affairs.
Accountabilities:
- Provide travel arrangements for Hotel, Flight, and Ground transportation requests
- Maintain communication with approved suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies) for booking assistance, and handling special requests
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and flexibility with selected hotels
- Ensure that all bookings align with company policies, show budgets, and travel guidelines.
- Handle modifications and cancellations of travel bookings as needed
- Ensure accurate input of traveler details, trip data, and payment information into the system.
- Provide trip reminders to all travelers
- Offer support in case of emergency situations (e.g., flight delays or cancellations) and find alternative solutions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires problem-solving and strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Basic understanding of ticketing systems and reservation requests
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple travel requests simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
- Must have exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
