- Make minor PLC logic changes when necessary

- Work directly with the shift supervisor to prioritize breakdown calls and outstanding work orders

- Independently troubleshoot assigned equipment and work orders

- Partner with the maintenance team to keep production equipment running efficiently

The role is 100% electrical/PLC-focused. Dedicated mechanical technicians handle mechanical maintenance issues.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Electrical Technician, Controls Technician, or similar industrial maintenance experience

- Must have experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment

- Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment

- Experience connecting to and navigating Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs

- Ability to read and understand PLC logic for troubleshooting purposes

- Experience troubleshooting electrical/control circuits

- Experience working with drives/VFDs

- Comfortable independently troubleshooting equipment breakdowns

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of equipment failures
