The role manages banquet personnel, coordinates with clients and internal departments, oversees venue setup and service standards, ensures compliance with safety and quality requirements, monitors staffing and operational efficiency, addresses guest and client concerns, and ensures that all banquet functions are executed according to event specifications while delivering exceptional guest experiences and client satisfaction.
