A Senior Events Services Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall planning, coordination, and execution of events at SMX Convention Center, ensuring seamless event delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. The role manages the Events Services team, develops operational strategies and service standards, oversees complex and high-profile events, coordinates with clients and cross-functional departments, resolves escalated operational concerns, monitors event performance and resource utilization, and drives continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service excellence, and the overall client experience. Additionally, the Senior Events Services Manager provides leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to ensure the successful achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
