As the Front Desk Sales Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in establishing a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, facilitating sales transactions, and actively promoting our range of products and services. The ideal candidate for this role should be personable, equipped with excellent communication skills, and motivated to contribute significantly to the success of our sales initiatives. Additionally, the candidate should be open to working at booth locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about our products/services to potential clients and address their inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Actively promote current promotions, discounts, and upsell additional products/services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a positive first impression.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer concerns or issues with a customer-centric approach.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with other team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using point-of-sale systems.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Fluente Spanish and English.
- Open Availability to open or close.
