Beeline Shipping LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – NVOCC to lead business development and drive revenue growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when required.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key customers, importers, exporters, and logistics partners.
- Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits, cold calls, meetings, and business development activities across the UAE.
- Guide and support sales team members in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline reviews with the team.
- Monitor team KPIs, sales pipelines, customer conversions, and revenue performance.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer-handling abilities.
- Identify high-value accounts and develop strategies for long-term business growth.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates, quotations, contracts, and service agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, freight rates, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and repeat business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, market analysis, and management updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and customer meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Logistics Sales / NVOCC
- NVOCC sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong UAE market knowledge and an established customer network will be highly preferred.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
