Beeline Shipping LLC is actively seeking a motivated Field-Based Sales Executive (NVOCC) for Dubai Branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and promoting containerized shipping services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and develop strategies accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and carriers, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with operations and customs teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments from origin to destination.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business for NVOCC and freight forwarding services
- Achieve sales targets by acquiring and maintaining key clients in the UAE market.
Requirements:
- Experience required : 2+ years of proven experience in logistics sales (NVOCC experience preferred).
- Qualification - Any degree
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, and container logistics.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Willing to work in Dubai location(Field based )
- NVOCC experience required.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
