Get to know the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Driver Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating driver acquisition efforts to recruit new drivers to join. You will help plan, manage and coordinate various acquisition efforts and events that may happen in various locations in Metro Manila and Greater Metro Manila.
Location of the Assignment:
Able to work in office (Marikina) and willing to go to various Spot Activation sites in Greater Metro Manila several times a week.
The day-to-day activities include:
Driver Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit new drivers. This includes conducting outreach activities, attending recruitment events, and leveraging social media platforms
Work closely and efficiently as a team with driver acquisition, operations, driver communities, onboarding teams, and marketing colleagues to ensure smooth operations and execution of driver acquisition events.
Provide administrative coordination and logistical support pre, post, and during onground Driver Acquisition and Onboarding events
Liaise with various vendors, agencies, partner brands and other internal departments for various projects concerning Driver Acquisition and Onboarding
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with driver communities and potential drivers, addressing their questions or concerns, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Onboarding Support: Assist new drivers with the onboarding process, including application completion, document submission, and orientation.
Other duties as assigned by the Driver Acquisition and Onboarding leads.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, community, and people networks for recruitment.
Proficient in Microsoft/Google productivity tools.
Must be knowledgeable about transport, cars and the automotive and transport industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in speaking, writing in both Filipino and English language
Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills. Proactive and self-starters, and has a high degree of personal responsibility. Enjoy working as part of a team.
Comfortable multi-tasking as a key player on a variety of projects (if necessary.)
Handle themselves in a pleasant, personable manner (in-person, phone, and email.)
Pay: Up to Php28,000.00 per month
