- Must be willing to work in makati M-F onsite for 6mos. duration contract
- At least 10-15 years of experience as a full-time project manager in financial services.
- Conversant with different project management frameworks or methodologies such as PMP, Waterfall and Agile.
- Identify, manage and control project financials, risk and issues.
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders in C levels.
- Assists in prioritization of IT projects as part of the business planning/ demand planning cycle for the Units
- Align with the BTS project manager on the overall business outcomes for the modules and delivery timelines
- Manages the kick-off process ensuring all necessary resources are available in conjunction with business sponsor and that a robust project plan is in place.
- Identifies and logs project issues; Oversees the resolution process; and escalates issues when necessary
- Manages, when necessary, re-scopes the projects and updates project plan accordingly
- Manages the project closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented; and relevant lessons learned/ case studies are developed
- Well versed in using Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Kanban, Confluence)
- Assists in selecting and on-going management of vendors/ suppliers for supporting selected projects
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Pay: Php190,000.00 - Php220,000.00 per month
