Job Description

We are seeking an experienced System Integration & Middleware Support Specialist with strong expertise in enterprise integration platforms, middleware environments, Linux/Debian administration, and Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production support, troubleshooting, system integration, and operational management across on-premises and cloud environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining enterprise middleware platforms, resolving production issues, supporting Azure infrastructure, managing deployments, and ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end support and administration for enterprise integration and middleware platforms

- Manage and troubleshoot system, application, database, and integration issues across production and non-production environments

- Support and maintain IBM MQ, TIBCO, MuleSoft, LDAP, WebSphere, and Tomcat environments

- Administer Linux and Debian-based servers and operating systems

- Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, and availability

- Support Azure cloud infrastructure, including Azure VM administration and operational activities

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions

- Manage deployments, releases, and configuration changes using DevOps and source control tools

- Troubleshoot web services and API-related issues using SOAPUI and related technologies

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams

- Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and technical knowledge repositories

- Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem tickets through ITSM processes

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and operational standards

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in Linux Administration and Debian Administration

- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise system integration and middleware platforms

- Experience with IBM MQ, TIBCO, MuleSoft, LDAP, WebSphere, and Tomcat

- Experience with Azure Virtual Machine administration and cloud operations

- Strong production support and troubleshooting experience

- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management

- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of DevOps, release management, and source control practices

- Experience troubleshooting SOAP and API-related issues

- Strong stakeholder collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

- Understanding of ITIL service management practices

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale middleware and integration platforms

- Experience working in Azure cloud environments

- Exposure to cloud migration and modernization initiatives

- Experience in production support and operational governance

- Strong understanding of operational excellence and service delivery management
