Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive with a strong background in taxi dispatch software, particularly iCabbi, Autocab, or similar platforms. This is a fully remote role where you will be the primary point of contact for our internal staff, helping them resolve operational issues, supporting new deployments, and ensuring our dispatch systems run smoothly.What You’ll Be Doing
· Act as the first point of contact for staff experiencing issues with taxi dispatch platforms such as iCabbi, Autocab, Cordic, Cab9, or similar systems.
· Troubleshoot booking, driver, vehicle, pricing, accounts, dispatch, mapping, and operational issues.
· Investigate reported problems, identify root causes, and escalate software defects to vendors when required.
· Work closely with operations teams to minimize downtime and keep day-to-day dispatch activities running efficiently.
· Create, update, suspend, and remove user accounts.
· Configure permissions, roles, drivers, vehicles, operators, and other system settings.
· Support onboarding of new staff by configuring their system access and providing basic training.
· Provide remote support via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, or remote desktop.
· Guide users through troubleshooting steps and explain solutions in a clear, non-technical manner.
· Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple support requests.
What We’re Looking For
· At least 3 years' experience supporting taxi dispatch software, such as iCabbi, Autocab, Cordic, Cab9, Ghost, MTData, or similar platforms.
· Strong understanding of taxi operations including:
o Driver management
o Vehicle management
o Booking lifecycle
o Dispatching
o Pricing and tariffs
o Accounts
o Zones and mapping
· Experience providing remote support to staff using dispatch systems.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Strong spoken and written English.
· Experience using Remote Desktop software such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Windows Remote Desktop, or similar.
· Comfortable working in rotating shifts.
