Job Description:
We are looking for a highly capable AI / ML Engineer with strong Data Analytics and Business Intelligence experience to join our technology team. This is not a traditional Data Analyst role. We want someone who can take business problems, understand the underlying data, build the required pipelines and analytics, and then use modern AI technologies to automate processes, extract intelligence from documents and data, and build useful AI-powered applications.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving between Python, SQL, Power BI, APIs, LLMs, RAG systems and AI agents.
What You'll Be Working On
· Building AI-powered internal tools and assistants
· Developing AI agents that can perform multi-step business tasks
· Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for company documents and knowledge
· Extracting structured information from documents, reports and operational data
· Developing intelligent document-processing workflows
· Building predictive models and operational analytics
· Creating management dashboards and KPI reporting
· Automating reporting and data-processing workflows
· Connecting AI systems with existing business applications through APIs
· Working with developers to integrate AI features into production systems
· Analysing large operational datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities

AI Document Assistant: Allow staff to upload contracts, vehicle documents, invoices, reports and other files and ask questions about them using natural language.
Smart Document Processing: Automatically identify uploaded documents, extract important information, classify them and determine which customer, driver, vehicle or record they belong to.
AI Business Assistant: Create an internal AI assistant capable of querying company systems and answering operational questions.
AI Agents: Build agents capable of carrying out multi-step tasks such as analysing information, checking business rules, preparing reports and triggering workflows.
Management Intelligence: Develop dashboards that combine operational, financial and performance information so management can quickly understand what is happening across the business.
Predictive Analytics: Use historical data to identify trends, unusual behaviour, operational risks and potential future outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
· Approximately 3+ years of practical experience across AI, data science, analytics or BI
· Built real applications rather than only completing courses or tutorials
· Can demonstrate AI/ML or analytics projects they personally developed
· Strong Python and SQL skills
· Understands LLMs and modern AI development
· Has experimented with or built AI agents
· Understands data pipelines and database structures
· Can turn unclear business requirements into working solutions
· Can communicate technical concepts clearly
· Can work independently and research solutions when required
· Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
