Key Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate/Postgraduate
- Experience: 1–8 years in Sales
- Experience in Insurance (Life/Health), Fixed Deposits, Pharma, or Retail is preferred.
- Strong experience in target-based sales and customer acquisition.
- Good communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience in Business Development / Channel Sales / Agency Sales is preferred.
- For managerial roles, team handling and leadership experience is required.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Must follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
