AI/ML Technical Lead
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Technical Lead who can take ownership of the end-to-end architecture and delivery of an AI-assisted automation/migration platform.
Key skills required:
- Strong hands-on development experience in Python or Node.js/TypeScript
- Strong AI/LLM engineering experience, including prompt engineering and structured/schema-constrained outputs Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or Anthropic
- Experience with RAG and/or classification pipelines Strong understanding of AI agent, skill and harness architectures
- Experience designing AI-in-the-loop systems with controls around hallucination, output fidelity and risk
- Experience with evaluation frameworks, model-output scoring and gap analysis
- Strong Azure architecture knowledge including App Services, Functions, Key Vault and Azure AD
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and authentication flows
- Exposure to MCP server development
- Experience building parsers, rule engines or handling XML/JSON-based workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing delivery experience
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small AI/automation engineering team
The role requires ownership across AI architecture, model-selection strategy, delivery, risk management and technical leadership. Candidates should also have strong exposure to LLM integrations, RAG/classification, MCP, Azure authentication, REST APIs, test automation and AI evaluation methodologies.
Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
