We’re looking for a Junior Systems Support superstar to join our team!
You’ll be the friendly face behind the scenes — helping users when they get stuck, keeping systems running smoothly, and making sure we have the right information to keep track of what’s happening across our software systems.
Minimum Criteria:
- Grade 12
- Business analyst/Software support qualification
- 1-2 Years Software Support (Advantageous)
- Understanding of Business Process Analysis
What you will be doing?
- Provide functional software support to Fair Price users
- Investigate problems, find solutions and escalate more complex issues
- Coordinate information for weekly and monthly Software Reports
- Effective self-management
Pay: R10 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
