Summary:

We are seeking an action-oriented, Project Manager Supply Chain Strategy technically adept to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end supply chain optimization and systems implementation initiatives across company divisions.

In this intermediate role, you will independently manage cross-functional projects focusing on supply chain visibility, inventory optimization, procurement workflows, and ERP/SCM tool integration. Working closely with corporate supply chain, division leadership, and IT, you will facilitate the timely delivery of business-critical milestones, solve execution challenges, and directly shape our shared operational success.

Leadership & Core Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Execution

- Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end supply chain and systems project lifecycles from concept through deployment and adoption to ensure business-critical milestones are delivered on time.

- Risk & Schedule Monitoring: Develop, update, and monitor project schedules, resource allocations, supply chain risk registers, and executive progress reports to maintain project momentum and mitigate material, timeline, or system integration risks.

- Tollgate Reviews: Facilitate project tollgate meetings, post-implementation reviews, and continuous process improvement audits to guarantee quality and sustainable process adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Systems Integration

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead project teams spanning Supply Chain, Operations, IT/Systems, Procurement, Finance, and Quality to drive accountability and cross-team alignment.

- SCM Liaison & Systems Optimization: Serve as the primary SCM liaison between corporate supply chain teams, division leaders, and IT system administrators to drive user adoption of SCM systems, ERP modules, and digital supply chain tools across facilities.

- Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate project goals, milestones, supply chain risks, and deliverables to internal stakeholders and leadership to maintain alignment across divisions.

Position Requirements:

Education & Technical Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).

- Experience: 2–5 years of project management experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or SCM systems/ERP implementation environments.

- Industry Domain: Proven track record leading end-to-end supply chain improvement, inventory optimization, or supply chain systems/software rollouts, with a solid understanding of supply chain frameworks, phase-gate project management, and SCM system integration lifecycles.

- Regulatory Compliance: Citizenship status must comply with ITAR regulations (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).

Certifications & Competencies:

- Certifications: PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

- Systems Proficiency: Proficient with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira), enterprise ERP/SCM systems (e.g., Syteline, Visual or legacy ERPs), Google Enterprise Workspace, and ADPLyric.

- Core Competencies: Strong alignment with core values (Accountability, Collaboration, Empowerment); excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-team accountability in a fast-paced environment.
