Job Summary
We are seeking licensed mental health professionals, including LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologists, to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing comprehensive behavioral health services to diverse populations across outpatient, and telehealth settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical counseling, assessment, and therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and group therapy. Candidates with expertise psychotherapy, family counseling, couples counseling, crisis intervention, PTSD care, and working with special populations such as individuals with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply. Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist. Note: We will credential you with all the insurances as well as Medicaid and Medicare if you are coming from a different state or you are a new licensee.
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, or specialized populations such as those with autism or disabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical counseling techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), addiction counseling, PTSD care, and psychotherapy.
- Experience conducting psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations.
- Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, intake procedures, crisis intervention, and behavioral health treatment planning.
- Experience working in inpatient or outpatient settings; telehealth experience is a plus.
- Supervisory experience is desirable but not required; leadership skills are valued.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Duties
- Conduct patient assessments, psychological testing, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures to determine treatment needs.
- Provide psychotherapy, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and behavioral health interventions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.
- Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention techniques and ensure patient safety at all times.
- Document clinical encounters accurately in medical records while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth platforms.
- Supervise clinical staff or interns as needed, providing guidance on best practices in mental health care.
- Participate in research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in mental health treatment and compliance standards.
Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
