Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help support the daily operations of the office and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others while performing a variety of administrative and support tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Assist with front desk operations and answer incoming phone calls.
- Help prepare and distribute meals to participants.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and assist clients with arrivals and departures.
- Open the clinic each morning and help prepare the facility for daily operations.
- Shop for and maintain office and program supplies as needed.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for routine office functions.
- Provide general office support and assist team members as needed.
- Other task as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous customer service, front desk, or office experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
