Work directly with customers to offer packaging and shipping for customers, professional and timely printing solutions, faxing, taking passport photos, stocking, cleaning, using POS to ring in sales, etc. Training provided. Increased responsibilities and advancement with proven performance. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding right products and services while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Greet customers and provide assistance with shipping, printing, and packing services.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Ability to supervise tasks effectively
