Retail Sales Associate / Print Specialist
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Print Specialist who delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, assisting print customers, and operating print equipment such as copiers, binding equipment, laminators, and point-of-sale devices.
The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options. This role requires confidence, attention to detail, and knowledge of best practices related to shipping, printing, and retail services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Assists customers with printing, copying, scanning, laminating, binding, and other print-related services
Operates print equipment, software, and finishing tools in a professional and efficient manner
Reviews print orders for accuracy, quality, and completion
Continuously practices good communication skills with customers, The UPS Store team members, and leadership
Takes ownership of customers’ shipping and printing needs and offers viable solutions
Learns all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
Able to cross-sell and up-sell shipping, printing, mailbox, and business services
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
Print, copy center, or customer service experience preferred
Good communication and people skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite experience preferred
Comfortable operating copiers, printers, scanners, binding machines, laminators, and POS systems
Outstanding phone skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math

Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Able to lift 40+ pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
