Role Over View:
We are looking for a IT Services Sales professional with strong experience in ERP/IT Services sales, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline building. The role will involve identifying and qualifying prospects using BANT, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building relationships with mid-to-large accounts across US and EMEA market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT Services/ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
Mandatory experience in lead generation and pipeline building, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative engagement skills
Hands-on experience in BANT-based qualification of leads (mandatory)
Strong understanding of US North America and UAE regions sales processes, time zones, and client expectations
Experience using AI-based tools to support sales activities and productivity
Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned targets
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
Good understanding of Global Delivery Model (GDM) and cross-functional service delivery
Experience in managing and growing mid to large-sized accounts across geographies (US North America), EMEA regions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at multiple levels
Exposure to sales, pre-sales, or delivery collaboration roles
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and drive outcomes across teams
Strong Leadership Skills to build a sales team
