Key Account Sales Manager – Indonesia

Key Responsibilities
The position will focus on key account development and major project sales in Indonesia, covering two main business areas:
1. Portable Compressor Business
- Develop and manage key accounts for portable compressors in Indonesia;
- Develop and manage local distributors and channel partners;
- Directly manage key customers and major projects, driving opportunities to successful closure and achieving sales targets.
2. China FDI Key Account Business
- Develop key accounts, factories and projects from Chinese companies investing in Indonesia;
- Connect China headquarters, China Key Account teams and local Indonesian customers and resources;
- Leverage China customer resources and connect them with local projects and business opportunities in Indonesia;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key Chinese-invested companies in Indonesia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering, mechanical, business or related majors preferred;
- 5+ years of key account sales or business development experience;
- Experience in construction machinery, industrial equipment, compressors or related industries preferred;
- Experience in portable compressor or construction equipment sales is highly preferred;
- Strong capabilities in key account development, major project sales and commercial negotiation;
- Experience with China FDI projects or Chinese companies expanding into overseas markets is preferred;
- Familiar with the Indonesian market; local key account or distributor network is a strong advantage;
- Chinese + Bahasa Indonesia preferred; Chinese + English is also acceptable. Trilingual capability is a strong advantage;
- Willing to work and develop business in Indonesia;
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, ownership and results-oriented mindset.
Key Objective
Develop key accounts and major projects in Indonesia, focusing on Portable Compressors and China FDI, while connecting China and Indonesia resources to drive key account growth, major project wins and sustainable sales growth.
