The Marketing Specialist participates in the development of the brand's marketing team objectives to support overall brand strategies/goals, Menu innovation, brand plans execution. This position is responsible for overall support of the marketing team, including tactical support of go-to-market brand campaigns, new market openings, local store marketing, and reporting, and shares in the responsibility of communicating brand marketing initiatives to the franchise system. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and our offices follow a hybrid work model. This position is based in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA with work from home Fridays.
Requirements: Education
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, public relations, communications, business, advertising, or other related field of study Pref
Work Experience
2-4 years Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, promotions, or event planning Pref
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate in clear concise language; to demonstrate active listening while engaging others; and to present to key stakeholders in a relevant and compelling manner
