Job Description
We're hiring a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to shape and optimize the net-new prospect demand strategy for our ERP solutions across key verticals in the U.S. market.
As a senior individual contributor reporting to a Director, you will develop and optimize full-funnel demand programs that drive performance from demand creation and lead acquisition through sales-qualified opportunity creation. You will translate business priorities into demand strategies and clear campaign briefs, guide cross-functional execution, manage priorities and dependencies, and use performance insights to continuously optimize programs and funnel outcomes.
You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Campaigns & Digital Hub Teams to align strategy, optimize lead flow, strengthen the marketing-to-sales handoff, and identify opportunities to improve conversion, pipeline impact, and overall demand performance.
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on B2B SaaS marketer who wants meaningful ownership of demand strategy, performance, and optimization while guiding activation through specialist execution teams. Our teams are moving beyond traditional demand generation toward a more integrated, account-aware approach where marketers set strategic direction, identify performance gaps, define the right audiences and plays, brief execution teams, and use AI, automation, and data to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
Location Requirement: Hybrid; 3 days per week from either our Atlanta or Austin office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 + years of experience in B2B SaaS full-funnel demand generation marketing, including exposure to ABM motions.
- Experience developing multi-channel demand generation strategies across channels such as email, webinars, events, paid media, organic, search, and content syndication.
- Proven ability to optimize full-funnel performance from lead acquisition through sales-qualified opportunity creation.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools, using data to identify funnel gaps, diagnose performance, and determine where to optimize.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS acquisition funnel, including demand creation, lead quality, conversion, sales-qualified opportunities, pipeline influence, and sales handoff within complex, higher-consideration buying motions.
- Proactive approach to identifying funnel gaps, solving performance challenges, and improving measurable outcomes across demand generation, ABM programs, and opportunity creation.
- Experience supporting ABM motions, including audience segmentation, account prioritization, coordinated account plays, and sales alignment.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, with a collaborative, cross-functional working style.
