Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Good to have skills : Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Prompt Engineering

Summary:
As an AI and Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires ensuring that these solutions are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer integrates generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven applications ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize performance and delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience in developing and deploying generative AI models within cloud or on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network design principles.
- Ability to optimize AI models for scalability, efficiency, and production readiness.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
