Your new responsibilities

Develop and maintain capacity models to support strategic, tactical, and operational manufacturing planning

Perform bottleneck analyses, scenario simulations, and capacity assessments

Translate demand forecasts into equipment, facility, and infrastructure requirements

Drive CAPEX planning by developing business cases and performing ROI and Cost of Ownership evaluations

Support layout optimization initiatives to improve space utilization and operational efficiency

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and decision-support models to enable data-driven capacity and investment decisions
Who we are looking for
-
Master's degree (M.Sc.) or Dipl.-Ing. in Industrial Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Several (3+) years of experience in e.g. Industrial Engineering, Capacity Planning, Factory Planning, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proficiency in production data analysis, KPI development, and data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar platforms
- Experience in developing business cases and conducting CAPEX evaluations, including ROI and Cost of Ownership analyses
- Practical experience or accredited Micro-Credentials in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Digital Manufacturing, or related fields are considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Fluency in English
