Your new responsibilities

Support AI adoption across the global sales organization through training, content creation, and best-practice sharing

Assist in identifying and implementing AI use cases to improve sales productivity, reporting, and process Efficiency

Plan and coordinate global product launches together with our technical and commercial marketing Teams

Co-creation of relevant marketing collateral & training material

Ensure that brand standards & procedures are maintained and timelines are fulfilled

Provide & promote content to our internal sales teams and external partners

Support process integration in our CRM system in order to enhance tracking & reporting

Assist with maintaining our online platforms with content updates
Who we are looking for
-
Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business Economics, Sales & Marketing, or similar field with affinity to technology
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders (Customer, Sales, Business Line, Marketing Communication etc.)
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital tools, and business process improvement
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and with accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
- Very good command of English and solid knowledge of MS-Office
- Start date: immediately or depending on arrangement
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Part-time or full-time possible, with a minimum of 25 hours per week
