Job Description
- Strong UX/UI and product design experience.
- Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, prototyping, anddesign systems.
- Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Understanding of user journeys, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions.
- Experience collaborating with developers, Product teams, and businessstakeholders.
- Strong documentation and communication skills. Familiarity with component-based product development.
- Demonstrated AI fluency or the ability to adopt AI-assisted design workflowsquickly.
Preferred experience:
- React Native or mobile product design.
- Contentful or another headless CMS.
- E-commerce, membership, loyalty, or retail platforms.
- Design tokens and coded component libraries.
- Usability testing and behavioral analytics. Functional prototyping or basic frontend literacy.
- AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
Pay: $118,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
