We are seeking a highly experienced SAP IMRO Senior Solution Architect with 30+ years of overall industry experience and extensive expertise in SAP Intelligent Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (IMRO) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end SAP IMRO implementations, solution design, business transformation initiatives, and stakeholder management across Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Engineering, and Asset-Intensive industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP IMRO solution design and implementation programs.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul operations.
Design scalable solutions integrating SAP IMRO with SAP PM, MM, WM/EWM, SD, PP, and FI/CO.
Drive blueprinting, solution architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Provide consulting expertise on aircraft/component maintenance processes, repair management, compliance, and asset lifecycle management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to define transformation roadmaps.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
Support data migration, system integration, user training, and change management.
Mentor project teams and provide thought leadership on SAP IMRO capabilities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and quality requirements.
