Description
Geosurv is looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Officer to take ownership of recruitment across our growing Utilities Network.
This is not a role where you simply post an ad and wait for applications. We are looking for someone who enjoys getting into the market sourcing candidates, picking up the phone, building relationships and developing genuine talent pipelines.
You will have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of your recruitment portfolio while learning from a highly experienced TA Specialist and continuing to develop your knowledge of the Utilities and infrastructure industry.
What You Will be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across the Utilities Network.
- Proactively source and headhunt active and passive candidates.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Create engaging job advertisements across SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Coordinate references, licences, tickets and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity within Employment Hero.
- Provide leaders with regular updates on vacancies and candidate pipelines.
- Support successful candidates through offer, onboarding and commencement.
About You
You will ideally have around 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition and enjoy the proactive side of recruitment and relationship building.
Experience across utilities, civil construction, infrastructure, engineering, trades or blue-collar recruitment is a requirement.
We welcome candidates with recruitment experience gained either in house or through a recruitment agency.
