About the Role
This permanent position works 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday leaving you free to enjoy your weekends.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Guide clients through the selection process, offering expert advice on colours, aesthetics, and product ranges to bring their vision to life.
- Build lasting, trusted partnerships ensuring a seamless experience from initial spark to final delivery.
- Manage incoming inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and flawless order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and sales order details.
- Contribute fresh ideas to elevate our customer service processes and assist with showroom administrative tasks.
About You
You are a warm, confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team environment. You balance a creative eye with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your experience includes:
- A background in consultative sales and/or design-led retail.
- Experience managing stock and processing client orders and invoices.
- A genuine passion for providing a premium, high-touch customer experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to naturally build rapport.
- Sharp attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Administrative skills including MS Office proficiency.
